When Paul Xiradis, who co-founded Ausbil Investment Management in 1997, was growing up, his father ran fish shops. From the age of six, Xiradis would sometimes accompany his father to the fish market to buy stock.
By the time he was a teenager, he was getting up before dawn on Fridays to peel four sacks of potatoes for the chips. Fridays, after all, were the busiest days.
