    Super Retail claims Harmers tried to surf in on deal with ex-executive

    Super Retail has accused Harmers Workplace Lawyers of trying to insert a clause to protect itself into settlement negotiations with a former employee, and wants the firm barred from representing the woman, its one-time legal chief.

    Super Retail, which owns Rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac, disclosed in April that it was facing a potential claim brought by staff members for between $30 million and $50 million.
